The FOOTLAB Case Study
Patients can now book
consultations online from start to finish, without ever needing to call.
A ground-up rebuild of a specialty clinic's website and booking flow, replacing a manual, front-desk-dependent process with one that runs on its own.
The Situation
FOOTLAB is a podiatry and biomechanics clinic running structured, non-surgical treatment programs. Their site was a placeholder — it didn't reflect the clinic's work, and visitors had no way to schedule a consultation outside of calling during office hours.
What Was Built
An end-to-end booking flow
A visitor can go from landing on the site to a scheduled consultation without a phone call.
Mobile-first layout
Giving visitors a seamless browsing experience on the device they're most likely to use.
The Build

Why This Matters
Every clinic runs into some version of the same gap: a visitor who's interested has no low-friction way to become a booked patient, so the front desk ends up carrying the weight of follow-up by phone. This project is a direct, working example of closing that gap — not a theory.
